Pilotage/ Pilot Training

This is the first step towards becoming a pilot. The program provides fundamental knowledge in aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, flight planning and aircraft systems. School of Aviation offers access to flight simulators and offers its students the opportunity to engage in flight training in Istanbul, Turkey at the International Aviation Academy = the branch campus of the GAU’s School of Aviation. Prior to flight training students start their training in flight simulators equipped with the latest industry software.
