This course is designed for professionals with no prior legal background but who are required to make organizational decisions involving legal matters.

It will provide participants with the fundamental principles of commercial law, including commercial contracts and negotiation, the sale of goods, intellectual property rights and employee relations.

Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of both international and specific commercial law and have the opportunity to learn and analyze key issues that they are likely to encounter within their organization.

The objective of the Special Executive Masters Programme (SEMP) in International Business Law qualification is to provide a framework for regulating business transactions and relationships between parties from different countries. International business law encompasses a wide range of legal issues, including trade law, investment law, contract law, intellectual property law, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

This qualification reflects current practices in destination management, communicating in hospitality and leading tourism business and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of financing, managing and leading a booming tourism and hospitality business model.
